As-built planning

Construction projects usually go through several phases, the most common of which are submission, tendering, execution and As- built planning. These phases can be mapped in c.des as separate sub-projects.

As- built planning has a special status in that a large part of the final, approved execution plans must be adopted unchanged. On the other hand, it must be possible to incorporate deviations from the approved execution plan that have arisen during execution into the As- built plan and to submit them to a special As- built plan test run.

c.des supports you with these special requirements and helps to save a lot of time.

As-built planning – transfer objects

The function enables a project status (usually the execution phase) with the released plans contained therein to be transferred to the inventory plan phase.

In a first step, the required object structure is automatically adopted.

The inventory plan phase contains its own inventory plan test run in which at least one test and one release node are defined.

As-built planning – transfer Plans

The responsible planner can then decide which plans from the execution phase will be adopted unchanged and which will be uploaded again with the respective deviations incorporated. The corresponding adjustments to the plan sign are carried out automatically by c.des.
